 When my mother passed away, my brother and I inherited our childhood home.  We hired Robert Anderson of Keller Williams Real Estate to act as our real estate agent.
From the start, Robert was engaged in helping us get the property ready for sale by doing a walk through and advising us on what improvements would make the home appealing and saleable. Robert saved us from making unnecessary additions by helping us focus on what repairs would increase the selling price.  We followed Robert’s advice and expertise, did the small renovations, like painting and removing some rugs to show off the hardwood floors, and we very quickly listed and started receiving offers on the house. We relied on Robert to give us a good estimate for the selling price and sold the home at 95% of the listing price.
Robert, is, in my opinion, one of the best real estate agents I have ever hired. He was on top of every issue, marketing the home, doing open houses, and communicating with us on a regular basis about prosperctive buyers concerns, whether likes or dislikes. He answered any questions we may have had about the sale of the residence. He was a great negotiator and his experience and professional manner made me feel comfortable about the final agreed upon selling price.
All communications, paperwork, etc. was done by electronic emails, texts, which was easy to use. This was of great convenience to me since I was at least two hours away from the property.
In addition to being a really nice guy, any person or company that uses Robert Anderson is getting a reliable and responsible real estate agent.
